Hold policy shared, Market Day reminder for city shops

Did you know that if you see an item for sale here on our blog or in our Facebook album here, we have a 24-hour hold policy to allow you to come see it for yourself. Feel free to inquire about something you are seeking but that you do not see pictured. We're happy to help you try to find it!! You can reach us at PrairieChicKansas@gmail.com or (785) 571-3955. Here are some items we now have on hold inside our store, as of Jan. 30.

And, don't forget that we are holding our next Market Day from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. this Sunday. In addition to our store, you can also shop at Broadway Bargains across the street, Big MACs half a block south, and Miss Lizzy's half a block north. Market Day items for sale inside Prairie Chic will include many types of miscellaneous items, including decorative plates, nick knacks, doilies, Desert Storm handkerchiefs, advertisement buttons and pens, another vendor selling homemade soap scrubs, bath salt, body butter etc., bracelets made from belts, bottle art, and many others!
Are you interested in selling items inside Prairie Chic? We have a special event rental rates are of $2 per square foot when reserved prior to the show or $3 per square foot otherwise. You set up your own items on your own table, and pay according to the size. You sell your items on a "cash and carry" basis, so you tend your own sales and no credit cards nor collections will be taken by our staff. Don't forget that besides items for sale, we are still looking for vintage, antique or quality used items to sell on commission for you. Or if you would rather store an item instead, we do offer climate-controlled indoor storage units on a monthly basis. We have 10' x 10' for $105 a month or 5' x 7' for $65 a month, plus a $20 one-time administration fee to start your lease. We can help you, no matter what your need is!
We're open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.  Wednesdays though Saturdays, and by appointment otherwise. 

Keep in mind that Herington has FIVE stores (depending on the day) that carry antiques, household items, arts and crafted pieces and furniture pieces. We are WORTH the DRIVE for you to come see what all we have to offer in Herington, Kan.!
